Founded  in 1990 , as  M/s Jagdamba  Electricals  by Mr. J Jha  a  visionary who  could foresee the latent potential of the Electrical Systems market; J.E.C. today  is a  name to reckon with in the  electrical engineering space. Mr.J.Jha realized the latent potential of this market segment long before anyone else could. Post liberalization as the Indian Economy boomed, our company was uniquely positioned to take advantage of the upsurge in demand for electrical and allied works. As   more and more companies set up shop in  India  the demand for vendors who could provide high quality services in the  domain of electrical  and allied works  sky-rocketed ; the net result being that Jagdamba Electricals was able to  cultivate an impressive customer  base  in a  short span of time.

In the year 2004 , under the able leadership of  Mr.J. Jha  another  company  known as M/s J.E.C. India Pvt Ltd (Jai ambey Elecricals & consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. ) was launched whose primary focus was to provide  Electrical consultancy services to  corporate. Both these  companies have experienced staggering growth rates  and their  individual turnover has  grown exponentially to  cross  the three  crore  mark  by the  end of the previous financial year. The exponential growth seen by these two companies are a testimony to the able leadership and entrepreneurial spirit of Mr.J.Jha and the caliber of the top management. Driven by a   bold vision, the top management has a clear-cut vision of the future and J.E.C. is all set to take centre stage in the global Electrical Engineering arena.

QUALITY POLICY

Our ability to deliver smooth and flawless installations has been possible only by adhering to a strict quality policy. We are involved in a relentless pursuit of continuous quality control and our quality policy is the main tool in achieving that objective. At J.E.C., we have a comprehensive and clearly defined quality policy which helps us to deliver satisfactory results with a remarkable degree of consistency. Whenever we undertake any project we ensure that quality targets are set and achieved for each step of the installation process. The central idea behind our quality control initiatives is to prevent human errors from creeping into the service delivery process. We have translated our basic philosophy of maintaining strict quality control into practice by defining formalized procedures which consist of the following sequential steps:-

The first step is the Receipt of Order. Based on the specifications laid out in the order we prepare a Shop drawing after a careful evaluation of the tender drawings. The next step in our quality control procedures involves the preparation of a PERT chart which is a graphical representation of a project schedule and is based on the Program Evaluation Review Technique. A PERT chart shows the sequence of tasks which must be performed simultaneously and the critical path of tasks that must be completed on time for the project to meet its completion deadline. 
The next step involves the preparation of a Bill of Quantities for the work to be executed. Based on this Bill orders are sent out to vendors having clearly defined delivery schedules based on the PERT chart. 
The material that is received from the vendors should be accompanied by test certificates and thereafter the work is executed in line with the specifications of the order. The final step of our quality control procedures involves preparation of AS BUILT drawings with complete documents which is handed over to the maintenance team. Adhering to this quality policy has helped us reap the best dividends and has helped us to move from strength to strength and emerge as a significant player in the electrical engineering space.
